After you join The Airport Club, you will receive instructions on how to download your digital membership card using your membership details in your payment confirmation email. A guide on how to activate your digital membership card can be found here.
You will also receive a physical card in the post within 7-10 working days from purchase, which you can also use as soon as you receive it.

Please note, you may not be able to add your digital membership card if using a VPN. Please ensure you are connected to a Wi-Fi or 4G/5G network without a VPN.
Yes, you can continue using your physical membership card. This will arrive within 7-10 working days after joining The Airport Club. If you wish to avail of your membership benefits sooner, you can add your digital membership card to the Dublin Airport App.
Only the named membership card holder can use the The Airport Club service. To ensure your safety, all card type usage is monitored. If we detect any unusual activity, your membership will be frozen, and we will contact you immediately.
