Located in Terminal 2, Dublin Airport has a purpose-built sensory room aimed at helping calm passengers who might feel overwhelmed in busy and unfamiliar airport surroundings.
 
The new space is located after security screening in Terminal 2, just before the 400 gates, and is designed specifically for people with autism, dementia, cognitive impairment or other special needs.
 

The room is free to passengers departing from the airport with 60-minute sessions available through a booking system. To book the room, please email prm@ocsireland.com.

No. The assistance buggy does not need to be pre-booked. The buggy can be boarded at a location just before the walk to Gates 101-121 commences.   

There is drop off/collection zone on the departure road at Terminal 1. The OCS desk is located just inside the last door, on the left. 
 
There is a drop off/collection zone at Terminal 2. The OCS desk is located at the check-in area, ground level beside the Aer Lingus check-in area.

Pet policies differ among individual airlines and some airlines will only carry guide/assistance animals, like guide dogs, and practically all airlines require advance booking. Please contact your airline to find out more.
