Frequently Asked Questions

Airport Club is a membership programme for frequent users and business travellers using Dublin Airport. Membership of Airport Club means you can enjoy annual services and benefits which will help you on your way through Dublin Airport.

The benefits are:

  • Unlimited use of Fast Track. To find out more about Fast Track, click here.
  • Parking in Express Red, Short Term or Executive Parking.
  • Unlimited access to all Dublin Airport (daa) lounges. To find out more about our lounges, click here.
  • You can also avail of a 10% discount on purchases in The Loop in both Terminals (excluding tobacco, Charlotte Tilbury, Chanel and gift vouchers).

Click here and choose the plan most suited to your needs, proceed to fill in the application form and make the relevant payment. 

You will then be posted your membership card within 7 – 10 working days which will be available to use as soon as you have received it.

12 Month purchase

  • If you have purchased a 12-month membership you will pay the amount posted on the website relevant to the card you have selected.
  • When you have completed your registration, you will be diverted to the payment page where you will enter your card details. You will then receive an automated email notification confirming your purchase.
  • Your membership will expire on the last day of the twelfth month from registration.
  • You will then need to renew your membership via the Airport Club website. 

6 Month purchase

  • If you have purchased a 6-month membership you will pay the amount posted on the website relevant to the card you have selected.
  • When you have completed your registration, you will be diverted to the payment page where you will enter your card details. You will then receive an automated email notification confirming your purchase.
  • Your membership will expire on the last day of the sixth month from registration.
  • You will need to renew your membership via the Airport Club web site.

Your membership card is active from the time you receive it in the post (within 7 – 10 days working days) and you can start to avail of the benefits once you receive it. Membership services cannot be used without a card.

Once we have received your application form and payment, you will receive your confirmation email within 24 hours. You can expect to receive your Airport Club membership pack within 7- 10 working days.

Present your Airport Club membership card to the security staff at the Fast Track security entrance. Your boarding card will be scanned and then your membership card. To find out more about Fast Track, click here.

No, Fast Track is only opening during the hours below:

  • Terminal 1: From 04.00 to 21.00
  • Terminal 2: From 04.00 to 18:00
Present your boarding card and Airport Club membership card to The Loop sales assistant when paying for purchases.

You can only avail of the 10% discount in The Loop shops. This discount will exclude the following purchases – Chanel, Charlotte Tilbury, Tobacco, selected high end alcohol and gift cards. The other shops are concessionaires and do not offer discounts to Airport Club members.

As a Gold or Blue Airport Club member you can avail of a selection of lounges in Terminals 1 and 2, including The East Lounge and the 51st&Green lounge which is located after US Preclearance. To find out more about our lounges, click here. All that is required to gain access, is to show your membership card with your membership number at reception. Please note that access to the lounge is subject to availability and we will redirect you to the closest available lounge should we not be able to accommodate you.


Yes, snacks and drinks are included in the price, along with Wi-Fi, luggage storage and shower facilities.

Please note: complimentary alcoholic beverages are limited to two per person as per the terms and conditions. Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed by persons over the age of 18. 

If you refer a friend, family member or colleague who joins Airport Club for 12 months, we will send you a voucher to spend at The Loop.

  • 12-month Red referral €20 voucher
  • 12-month Blue or Green referral €35 voucher
  • 12-month Silver referral €50 voucher

They simply need to enter your Airport Club membership number in the ‘Refer a Friend Membership Number’ box when joining Airport Club and we’ll look after the rest. The membership number is the 6-digit number located on the front of the card.

Please be aware that you can only avail of the 10% discount in The Loop shops. Unfortunately, unless you can produce your Airport Club card you will not be able to avail of member benefits and offers.

We will then re-issue you with a new Airport Club card.

Yes you can use your membership card in both Terminals at Dublin Airport. You must provide your boarding card with your membership card for validation.
The Airport Club card is only valid in Dublin Airport and is not valid in any other airport.
No. Your membership card will only allow you, the member, to avail of the benefits of Airport Club.

No, your Airport Club membership is exclusively for your use only. Should you transfer your card to somebody else your membership will be cancelled immediately.

Yes, personal information that you provide to us on the Airport Club application form will be processed by Dublin Airport securely and for the sole purpose of operating Airport Club.

Dublin Airport may be obliged to disclose your data to third parties who provide services to Dublin Airport in operating Airport Club such as, companies who print Airport Club cards on our behalf. All data is processed securely and no third party provider will retain member information.

Yes. To correct or update any personal data held by Airport Club, please contact the Airport Club administrator by completing the contact form here.

You can also make changes to your data when you are renewing your membership.

 

To unsubscribe from Airport Club please contact the airport club administrator by completing the contact form here and return your membership card to the following address;

Airport Club, 3rd Floor, Cloghran House, Dublin Airport, Ireland.

If you wish to unsubscribe for any reason from membership of Airport Club within 14 days from the date on which you made the purchase, and have not yet started using any of the services available to members of Airport Club, you will receive a full refund.

If however, you wish to unsubscribe and have started using any of the services of Airport Club, you will not be entitled to a refund of the full amount and will be charged for services used at applicable rates. See terms & conditions for further information.

For Green, Silver and Gold Cards you do not need to pre-book the car park in advance. You just drive up to the barrier of your designated car park where your registration will be scanned and if correct the barrier will lift automatically on entry. Should the barrier fail to lift please press the buzzer and speak to our car park controllers and provide details of your membership card.

Red and Blue Cards do not include car parking.

Gold members should only park in designated parking spaces in the executive car park. Any Gold member parked in a Chauffeur or PRM space will be towed or receive a fine. Both the T1 and T2 executive car parks have electric charging spaces available and these are clearly marked. If there are no spaces available in the executive car park you may park elsewhere in the short-term car park and the barrier will lift to allow you to access these car parks.

In order to identify your parking membership and validate your parking privileges, the system depends on you using the car with the license plate details provided when registering for your Airport Club membership.

If you attempt to enter the car park with a different car to that provided during the registration process the system will prompt you to insert a credit or laser card or take a ticket. You should notify the Airport Club and car parks team by email should you intend to use a different car, up to 3 days prior to travelling. At the car park entry:

If, following your arrival at your designated car park entry, the barrier does not rise:

  • For users who still have the white card, keep your white card in your car in the event that the barrier does not open. You can use this card to activate the barrier by tapping the grey reader at the barrier.
  • For those who do not have a white card please press the buzzer for help and present your details to the administrator. Please let them know that you are an Airport Club member and provide them with your membership details.

At the car park exit:

Although your licence plate may not have been recognised at the entry, it may still be recognised at the exit. However, if, following your arrival at the car park exit, the barrier does not rise:

  • For users who still have the white card, please use the white card you were supplied with when you purchased your membership card. Tap this white card at the grey reader which should let you exit.
  • For those who do not have a white card, press the button for help and present your details to the administrator. Also, please let them know that you are an Airport Club member.
  • Please note that vehicle license plates which do not comply with Vehicle Registration and Taxation (Amendment) Regulations, 1999 or DVLA(NI) or DVLA license plate regulations may not be recognised.
